Columns on Approval or Demo are subject to approval of the Technical / Commercial Team of ImpScience.
Columns supplied on Demo / Approval basis will be for a period of max. 15 days, or such period as may be authorised in writing to the customer.
If column performance is found satisfactory / as desired for the required analysis, it will be regularised by placing a formal PO as per the quotation.
While returning the column, the customer will perform a column performance test as proof that the column is performing OK at the time of return.
If the column is not returned within 15 days, it will be treated as sold, and the customer is bound to make payment as per the quotation for the respective part number.
Ownership of the column on Demo / Approval basis will always remain with ImpScience, until it is regularised into a formal PO as per the quoted price, followed by payment as per the PO.
